RCIA Rite of Sending & Rite of Election This Weekend

Each year on Holy Saturday during the Easter Vigil, thousands are Baptized into the Catholic Church in the United States. Parishes welcome these new Catholics through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA.) Our RCIA candidate, Ellie, will participate in the Rite of Sending from our parish at the 9:30 AM Sunday Mass this weekend. Then at 3:30 PM, she will join candidates from across the archdiocese for the Rite of Election at St. John the Evangelist Cathedral in Milwaukee to become one of the Elect.

Please pray for Ellie as she is invited in this process to withdraw in Christ, grow in holiness and celebrate her Baptism at the Easter Vigil.
