School Supply Drive Thank You

We collected over 150 bags filled with many items to help kids get off to a good start in school. It is so important for kids to have what they need to succeed, and I am proud that our parish helps make that happen for many in the Milwaukee and Waukesha area. This year we gave supplies to Cathedral Center, Greater New Birth Church, St. Michaels Parish and Hope Network.
These organizations were grateful to receive the supplies, and I was blessed to meet so many wonderful people who work to help make children’s lives better every day. Items donated included 90 backpacks, 100 notebooks, 225 folders, 400 pens and pencils, 25 calculators, 200 glue sticks/glue bottles, 31 note cards, 30 binders, 25 lunch boxes, 50 pencil cases and hundreds of crayons, markers, and colored pencils.
