Be Aware of Spam Email Schemes
There is a rash of spam emails currently being sent to parishioners claiming to be from our parish, other parishes or priests. Please know that our staff, a priest or another parish will NEVER reach out to you with an obscure email that:
- asks you to click on a DocuSIGN document, a video or any other application or document
- seeks gift cards, money, personal information, passwords or bank information
- asks you to email or call with no other context
Cybersecurity experts say to never reply to these emails, nor click on any attachments in the email.
You can always call us if an email seems suspicious.
