Thank You for Lots of Toys & Food
The bounds of generosity continued to expand as the people of Good Shepherd served others in a big way to benefit our friends and the clients of House of Peace and St. Ben’s. On Thanksgiving weekend, Good Shepherd collected more than 125 boxes of holiday meal fixings and more for Capuchin Community Services.
Fast-forward to Guadete weekend two weeks later, we then collected 60 Santa-sized bags with an estimated 500 toys. The pick-up drivers were a bit blown away and had to make two trips.
Thank you to all who participated and donated. What a wonderful celebration of the giving season and who we are at Good Shepherd!
