Building Safety Plan
Our building and grounds Safety and Security Subcommittee has been working with local authorities on a comprehensive safety plan to best protect those who come in our building on a daily basis. We have already begun implementing that plan with little impact on parishioners and guests.
A significant change is coming beginning with our weekend Masses on August 5-6 that may affect our habits. In order to better monitor who is in the building during our Mass times, the west doors to the church will be the only entrance that will be open. Accommodations will be made at the south entrance for those wanting to participate in the Sacrament of Reconciliation before Mass on Saturdays.
It’s important to remember that this change is for Saturdays and Sundays only. Weekday access to the building will remain the same for the time being.
We appreciate your help as we develop the best way to accommodate for the safety of all who come into our building. Please contact the parish office with feedback that might improve our plan. And thank you for your patience as we work to make our facility as safe as possible.
