Holy Spirit Moves at St. Martin de Porres Revival

Multiple members of your Racial Justice Ministry attended our partner parish, St. Martin de Porres Revival, the weekend of November 2-3 with Fr. Sidney Speaks as the guest speaker.
What is a Revival? It is a spiritual awakening or a renewed fervor in one’s faith. It is a time when the Holy Spirit moves in extraordinary ways, bringing the truths of Scripture to bear upon our souls in unusual and fascinating ways.
It was a wonderful time of contemplation and reflection on the blessings from the Lord and the Holy Spirit that are sometimes missing in our busy lives.
From the emotional and thought-provoking messages from Fr. Speaks, to the uplifting and powerful singing from the St. Martin de Porres, St. Michael’s and All Saints choirs, and the sharing of fellowship, we can all truly attest to feeling renewed after attending this moving event!
