Merry Christmas & Happy New Year from Good Shepherd

For Good Shepherd, 2025 will be a Year of Hope. According to the Oxford dictionary, “Hope is a feeling of expectation and desire”. I invite you to reflect on your expectations and desires for 2025. Remember, with God, anything is possible!

The reason we will focus on Hope is because Pope Francis has invited us to join him in 2025 to celebrate “A Pilgrimage of Hope”. Why? With Hope, we can see beyond our current challenges and find the strength to keep going. Hope inspires us to dream and imagine a better future. This is why our Advent/Christmas theme is “Believe in Hope”.

My dear friends, I personally invite you to join me in entering into the 2025 “Journey of Hope”. May the Advent focus of joyful anticipation, and the Christmas proclamation of Peace on Earth, Goodwill to humankind, enter deeply into your hearts. So, dream big dreams, and pray big prayers!

Wishing all a Blessed and Merry Christmas season, and a Holy and Happy New Year!
