“Everyone Can Be a Good Samaritan”

Those were the words of the Pope Leo XIV in his message for world’s sick. To love one’s neighbor — whom Jesus identifies as anyone who has need of us — is within everyone’s reach, the pope said in his message for the 34th World Day of the Sick, to be observed by the church Feb. 11, the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes.
